Metro by T-Mobile provides excellent customer service with kind and helpful staff who have great attitudes. Employees are efficient, making the process to purchase a phone or get a new sim card super easy and quick, with customers in and out very smoothly. Helpful staff members provide great service, work magic, and are incredible. Customers report good experiences, sometimes receiving free items like Bluetooth headphones with a purchase. Their 5G internet service is also recommended, with a free 15-day trial to see if it fits your location.

I've been with metro since 2015 but this store and the lady who is working here is the best till date, she helps people every single time they walk in, she gives them better understanding of the deals and plans and now I got a free phone and im very happy with this metro family.
