From the moment I walked in I was taken care of, very special thanks to Ms. Stephanie and her direct Management for making sure my needs were met. They truly were the sweetest people ever and that made me feel like I made the right choice. It was such a personable experience and this is what customer service should always be!! “When I went to Best Buy to buy a new computer there were 3 employees here who were super helpful to me. Michael, Carlos, & 1 other person I can't remember his name. They helped me buy a computer not too expensive but not too cheap either & a computer that will work for me. They also helped me pick out an external hard disk. They allowed me to test everything I needed to test & then said due to my membership, I could come to them for tech help of various kinds for (what I remember being told) free or low cost. I have been a Best Buy customer here for a long time. I miss the Security Blvd BB but this is excellent.”

“OUTSTANDING SERVICE! They don't make 'em like John anymore (intelligent, nice, genuine, wise, straight-shooter, funny). I'm sure anyone that has previously worked with John would validate all those character traits. I brought my speaker in for warranty repair and John took great care of me! He was also able to help diagnose a faulty microphone power supply that had went up and needed to be replaced. If you need anything sound related, give John a call!”

“I generally avoid going into cell phone stores as they try to upcharge you or add on stuff without letting you know about it.
Switched from Visible for my primary phone because Verizons service sucks (my work phone uses Metro)
The man at the counter was able to give me the $25 BYOD plan easily for my Samsung Z Fold 4, and was even able to save me $15 monthly on my work phone plan, only thing I paid was the one time $25 activation fee which is fair.
Service was fast, professional and I'm more than happy to come here for additional purchases in the future. It's rare to say that about a cell phone store.

“This is one of the best Verizon stores that I have visited. They have kiosk to check in and let you know how many people are in front of you. Mariah handled my transaction very well. She was able to complete a return and answer other questions that I had about bundle deals that they are running. Even after I left, she was very responsive and professional. Experiences such as this one, makes me happy to be a Verizon customer. Nice work Mariah!”

“The people at the store are very professional and also very friendly. They may not speak the perfect English, except for one of the owners who is a college graduate and a family man, but the people that he hires are trained well and are very customer service oriented.
The store can’t get busy at times and since it is a small store, it can’t get dirty pretty quickly, but they take the time to clean it up immediately soon as they get a chance. So most of the time the store is in well condition.
Personally, I like the customer service and the friendliness of the employees. They may not have everything all the time, but mainly it is because of delivery not being there but soon as they get their stock, everything is out in full display.
One of the owners not too long ago was eating some corn chips or corn, nuts, and me and a regular customer of the store were inside purchasing something and he immediately opened up his bag of corn nuts and handed us some to share with us. That’s how friendly The owners of the store are to regular customers.”

“Our Samsung sound bar went out following a very brief power outage on 6-13-26. We tried everything to get it reactivated. It appeared that the HDMI port on our 77” SAMSUNG TV was out. The BIG SCREEN STORE TECH, by the name of Romeo Paterson, came by this morning at the direction of Jim Marr, tge store manager, and after trying several standard approaches, he was able to get the TV to reactivate that HDMI port, and that in turn connected with the sound bar so our surround sound system is up and running as good as ever. He was also able to get the TV to recognize my SONY head set system, so that is functioning as well. I wear those in the evenings after my wife goes to bed. When those are active, the sound bar etc is disabled. So everything is right with our TV world now!! Great job Jim & Romeo complements of the BIG SCREEN STORE IN Glen Burnie!!”
