“I came in with my newborn and 1 year old when the store was very busy. The man working alone kept his cool and let customers know there may be a wait. Then they were able to get another employee to come in, Adrianna. She took care of my request for a new phone with ease, a smile, and a great personality. She engaged with my babies, was very personal, and grabbed a selection of cases/screen protectors for me to choose from while I chased my 1 year old around. “This is by far the best Verizon store in the area! I’ve had quite a few visits for new phones, help with phones, etc. and they have been friendly and helpful each time. I was just in yesterday to replace a phone, upgrade a phone, and switch our account from a consumer line to a business line and Lexi was incredible throughout the process, even when we encountered a few hiccups with the system. Changing our account from consumer to business was quite the time consuming task but Lexi was extremely patient and explained the process thoroughly.”

“Was very pleased with this shop. The person who works the counter was very nice and knowledgeable. He quickly figured out the on/off button had fallen off my Samsung S10+ phone. He didn't have any in stock (he checked) and quickly ordered 1 for me. Once it arrived, he called me to let me know. When I arrived, he promptly fixed my phone 📱 and phone 📱 case.
The shop doesn't look very impressive and has limited parking (I would guess no more than 6 spaces) BUT, they do good work 👍 👏 at reasonable prices. I'd recommend them if you live in the Glen Burnie area.”

“I love using the Target app to order my items for pickup at this location. They typically have everything in stock, the online order process is easy and qualities you for rewards to save off future purchases. My order is usually available within two hours and I can notify them on the app when I'm on the way. When you arrive, the app gives you a code and someone promptly comes to your car in the designated parking area.This saves me so much money and time! Everyone knows how hard it is not to make many impulsive purchases inside Target!”

Noah was running the store alone with multiple customers and very helpful and kind. She was knowledgeable and very good at multitasking. I will always continue to come back to this store ☺️”
“I generally avoid going into cell phone stores as they try to upcharge you or add on stuff without letting you know about it.
Switched from Visible for my primary phone because Verizons service sucks (my work phone uses Metro)
The man at the counter was able to give me the $25 BYOD plan easily for my Samsung Z Fold 4, and was even able to save me $15 monthly on my work phone plan, only thing I paid was the one time $25 activation fee which is fair.
Service was fast, professional and I'm more than happy to come here for additional purchases in the future. It's rare to say that about a cell phone store.

“I purchased a coloring book online for $8.00. When it arrived there was a $3.00 sticker on the cover. I called customer service to see if I could get a refund for the difference. I was told no, that the price online is the items price. I then asked to speak with a supervisor. When the supervisor answered she restated the same thing and told me there was nothing that could be done. I again, tried to explain that the price on the book was only $3.00 and that if I attempted to remove the sticker the book would be destroyed. Keep in mind, the other book did not have a sticker and I paid less than $8.00 for it. The supervisor again said there was nothing that could be done. I asked for a refund and was told one would be started but it never was. I went to my local Walmart, explained the same issue and was given a refund for the difference along with an apology for the inconvenience. With that being said, the customer service department online/ over the phone has really gone downhill. I hope the Walmart corporation finds better employees to deal with their customers online/over the phone, then what they currently have. Again, thank you Glen Burnie Chesapeake Center Walmart for exemplifying great customer service. You listen to my issue, made a logical decision and apologized for the inconvenience.”
