“I love using the Target app to order my items for pickup at this location. They typically have everything in stock, the online order process is easy and qualities you for rewards to save off future purchases. My order is usually available within two hours and I can notify them on the app when I'm on the way. When you arrive, the app gives you a code and someone promptly comes to your car in the designated parking area.This saves me so much money and time! Everyone knows how hard it is not to make many impulsive purchases inside Target!”

“Accomplished everything I hoped to take care of in a single 20-minute visit. Replaced my phone since the old LG Fotune was not holding a charge (almost 3 years old, battery replaced once). Not thrilled about the upcharge for a comparable Samsung Galaxy Halo, but it's the cost of doing business. Considering their current wireless and data plan of four lines at a flat $100/month (phones possibly included), I didn't mind paying for the new phone, which has been PERFECT. Everything transferred, tips pop up to help with learning the new features. Only complaint is lack of notification tones--Cricket's built-in notification tones are all nerve-wracking. New phone doesn't have function to choose a custom notification sound.”

“I purchased a coloring book online for $8.00. When it arrived there was a $3.00 sticker on the cover. I called customer service to see if I could get a refund for the difference. I was told no, that the price online is the items price. I then asked to speak with a supervisor. When the supervisor answered she restated the same thing and told me there was nothing that could be done. I again, tried to explain that the price on the book was only $3.00 and that if I attempted to remove the sticker the book would be destroyed. Keep in mind, the other book did not have a sticker and I paid less than $8.00 for it. The supervisor again said there was nothing that could be done. I asked for a refund and was told one would be started but it never was. I went to my local Walmart, explained the same issue and was given a refund for the difference along with an apology for the inconvenience. With that being said, the customer service department online/ over the phone has really gone downhill. I hope the Walmart corporation finds better employees to deal with their customers online/over the phone, then what they currently have. Again, thank you Glen Burnie Chesapeake Center Walmart for exemplifying great customer service. You listen to my issue, made a logical decision and apologized for the inconvenience.”

“I would like to say "Thank you" to KIELA who was so very friendly and tried to help me find a product. I was looking for a specific item and I saw her coming out of a door in the area where I thought I would find my item. I stopped her and told her I could not find this item and she said she had not punched in yet but would be happy to try and help me find my item. I was so impressed I had to take a picture of her name tag since I did not want to forget her name and how to spell it correctly. She did not stop looking until she found where the was located. She actually stopped another worker who looked the product name up and told us exactly where to go. Everyone always likes to complain but never like to acknowledge when someone does their very best so I would like to let Target know that I really appreciated her going over and above to help me. I hope she gets recognized for being such a wonderful employee. I will definitely return to this target after my experience today. Thank you again for a job well done. Corrine S.”

“I made an appointment through my Verizon app and was greatly almost immediately by my appointment specialist Joseph, who was amazing. He helped me fix my issue quickly, answered my questions and was professional and caring as he helped me navigate my issue. I ultimately walked away with a new phone (my choice) and was in and out of the store in less than an hour.Every employee seemed to be helpful and positive as they engaged with their costumers. Thank you for creating this type of atmosphere in your building. I would recommend this location, for sure!”

“Glen Burnie location Ritchie Hwy. Very congested during the Holidays + on a Saturday/Weekend day and store associates/staff had the lines moving right along. Some good prices and reasonable wait times. Was in & out to pick up an online order then had to go back to shop was not bad @ all even crowded with everyone doing some of their Xmas shopping there. Even long Returns line was moving. Store Associates very helpful, cordial, & professional while being so Busy. Store clean & found everything I needed. Thx.✌️”
