“I can’t say enough good things about Donna at Extra Space Storage on Solley Road. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. I was dealing with a difficult situation and was genuinely concerned about being able to keep my storage unit. Donna took the time to listen, understand my situation, and help me figure out a solution that worked for me. What impressed me most was how kind, patient, and understanding she was. She didn’t make me feel like just another customer or account number. She treated me like a person and genuinely wanted to help. Customer service like this is becoming harder and harder to find. Donna went above and beyond, and her help made a much bigger difference for me than she probably realizes. If you use Extra Space Storage on Solley Road, ask for Donna. She is an incredible representative of the company and absolutely deserves recognition for the way she takes care of her customers. Five stars without hesitation. Thank you again, Donna!”

“We just rented our unit from Sam the other day and couldn't be more happy with our choice to store at this location. Sam went over everything with us and answered all of our questions. We were a little apprehensive to put all of our stuff in storage while we get our house ready for sale and Sam put all of our worries to rest with her property and knowledge! Thank you, Sam!!”

“Our experience with Storage Mart has been excellent. They have proven to be far superior to any of the other storage units we have used over the years in terms of price (MUCH less expensive) and in helpfulness ( their employees were very kind and went out of their way to hep us. Also, the units are much more accessible and easily accessed than others we have used. I would recommend this facility with I0 out of 10 on all levels. 🙂”

“Pack Rat did a great job helping me with a container for storage on my property during home renovations. Pricing (especially with a special promotion) was very reasonable, and the driver took extra care to place the container exactly where I wanted it. Drop off took a little longer because the container was loaded backwards due to confusion about direction for the door openings, but the driver worked through it without a problem. Would definitely recommend Pack Rat!”
