“THANK YOU ROBERT! From Arizona to Colorado to Maine, Florida and deep south Texas and every where in-between, this was the cleanest shower. I didn't have any cash to leave so I felt bad about that. Overall this was one of the cleanest Pilot's I have been to. As I leave a lot reviews because most locations are just dirty and grungy. The only reason for not getting a five star, you didn't have my Scooby Snacks (box of oatmeal cream pie cookies.) Almost every store I have been in has had them except the last three. But seriously, Robert deserves a raise that would be noticeable. I asked him if he had a cash app and he said no worries, that he takes pride in his job. Bro! America needs more like you again.
