“I visited the T-Mobile store on Market St. NE to trade in my old Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus for a Samsung Galaxy S23 FE and Samsung Watch. This has been one of the best customer server experiences I've ever had. Katie, Julian, Hannah and Antoneo greeted me with friendly smiles, professionalism and extremely prompt amazing service! They made my transition very smooth and comfortable with no issues. “This is my first time having to go back and update/revise a review I've submitted. Let me say it's not the independent retail store but the company they represent. I took my mother to this store for her 87th birthday to finally upgrade her iPhone and change from one carrier to Verizon since all her home services were through them. It just made sense she had finished paying off the phone from the previous carrier to bundle her cell phone into the internet, cable, and home phone. In addition, it will make it easier for my siblings and me to assist her in paying her bills. I thought everything was done when we entered the store, and I firmly articulated that this was what we wanted to do. So, we left thinking that it was done and that her monthly bill would reflect electronically this new item added to her services with Verizon. This was in November, and in January, my mother called me hysterical that she received a bill of over $800.00 along with a cut-off notice for her cell services and sending her information to a collection agency. I immediately logged on to her account and didn't notice anything unusual. So, I chalked it up to thinking that it was spam. I then went to her house to look at three bills with three account numbers on them. After not getting a favorable response by telephone, I immediately got the bills and went to the store we purchased the cell phone from to find out what happened. I was met by a young lady named "Nimota," who spent over an hour working with me to find out how to rectify this situation so my mother's services could be restored. I am not a Verizon customer; little did I know that their wireless and home services fall under two separate entities. So, in essence, as a customer, you receive TWO separate bills; one for home and one for cell. WHO KNEW; WTH. I will spare you further details of this fiasco. Nevertheless, I wanted to highlight "Nimota" and her incredible patience, poise, professionalism, knowledge of the carrier and who to connect me with. Her gentle spirit and calm personality kept me as we came to a peaceful resolution to this mishap to some degree. I hope that the store manager cherishes the gift of her presence in this store.”

After being brushed off by 4 other T-Mobile locations in the area without even making an effort to help solve my problem I was left feeling like I was given no other option than to switch providers....but I decided to give it one more chance....thank god I didn't give up, because Jenn/Jess(can't remember so sorry) along with several other team members made me feel like they cared about me, told me they would do everything in their power to help me and then proceeded to methodically tackle my situation with a level of professionalism I've never encountered in any business setting. “My Comcast tech today was the best Comcast tech that has ever done work for me. Mr. Arthur S. I have never had a tech take his time and show and explain to me the equipment and product like he did. Mr Arthur was very detail and extremely friendly. He did an installation at my house today. He took his time doing the work, didn’t rush and made everything he did look neat. He even went above and beyond. I have a wasp and bee problem on my house and he took the time to spray the wasp and seal the holes they created. If I could give more stars on this review I would. This definitely proves that there are people that still give excellent customer service along with their work. Thank you Mr. Arthur S for a job well done. “Andy was extremely helpful! My wife and I visited the store to move from T-Mobile to Verizon and get an iPhone 15 for her. We dropped in in the morning and Andy collected all the necessary information so that he could keep everything ready for us. Once the Verizon family plan was activated, we went back to the store. True to his word, Andy had kept everything ready for us so that we could pay and even helped us transfer data to the new iPhone. “I was a little skeptical coming into this store after reading all the reviews, but I also deal with customer service and I've learned to never judge until knowing for yourself. I was coming in for an upgrade. I was greeted once I came in, there was a little wait, but all the staff was assisting customers. Mando was the young man that assisted me. He was extremely nice and answered all my questions. He informed me the process was going to take a while, which was perfectly fine. I appreciated him for letting me know and respecting my time. Unfortunately, my phone was back ordered but he provided me the reference number to my order. I was able to get my moms phone upgraded and he was nice enough to put it all together with the accessories. All the staff was very nice and helpful. I will absolutely be returning if needed and I recommend anyone to come to this store.”
“I do not believe any verizon location better than other verizon location. HOWEVER, you will have better chance at a Corporate store than authorized retailer store FOR SURE. It is the people you get to interact with and helped from. I am lucky that Johnathan W. helped me through my issue I did not know it end up being that complex, and I end up found out by overheard that he STAYED OVER TIME when I was walking out the store; so Thank you soo much for taking care of your customer until the end and getting questions and issues resolved. I was originally came in via appointment after calling customer service for checking on my phone and get it traded in. Johnathan was patiences with my poor memory on trying to get my password right. He was able to figure out my apple watch connectivity, network, and over plans. He tried his best to explain this complexity of the Number share, yet he did not have to. He checked my overall plans and see if there anymore ways I can save more monthly on my ends. At the end, he recaps what I need to keep an eye out for in billing, reminds me to notify Verizon if plans have issue, and print out for me the bills and notes with explanations for them with the recaps. I walked out a happy customer, knowledgable customer, and an aware customer and that was probably thanks to 100% Johnathan excellent service. Will update more once the plans set in motions throughout months. However, this Verizon store is very lucky to have Johnathan helping out customers with kindness and empathy. 11DEC2023.”
