In fact, everyone working at this branch is amazingly friendly, overly helpful and abundantly pleasant. I would like to give three honorable mentions to David, Marcia and Jarrell all of whom I have had an individual experience with for making the banking experience a great one for everyone who walks in. “The people who work here are nice enough, they try their best to do what you need done. Parking is very tricky, and the lot almost encourages illegal parking. I'm no longer a BoA customer, but in terms of service at this location I was never unsatisfied.”

“My neighborhood bank, super convenient and even walkable if I so choose! I drive by it nearly everyday, and many times I do stop by -- beware though, do NOT go during lunch time or right after work! There is only one drive-thru ATM and the line can have a few cars. The bigger issue isn't the number of cars though, it's the fact that each person at the ATM takes forever! You would think they are all using it for the first time LOL! It's never taken me more than 1-2 minutes to get my business done -- even when I'm depositing. I've definitely done the drive-thru more than the ATMs inside -- I have never had an opportunity to interact with any staff. One thing I will say is that the parking lot is very tight... and some of the spots are angled... so parking is really interesting haha. For convenience, this bank is perfect, but the design, parking lot, number of drive-thru ATMs and other aspects of other BoA's make them better options if you aren't already nearby.”
“I went on a weekday was quiet not very busy. I was greeted and asked if I needed a teller or financial advisor at the door, and wished a good day as I left. Chill. Just hard confusing to find the entrance.”
