“I am giving 5 stars not only because my experience has always been seamless when I have visited this branch, but I am also leaving 5 starts because mental illness is on the rise with some of these folks leaving less than 3 stars and comments that reflect your having a mental breakdown.”

“I have no complaints about PNC bank locations. When I go into any branch I am treated with respect and as a valued customer. But this morning I discovered by email from PNC, that a check that I had deposited into my PNC account, yesterday was unsigned and the monies were being debited back from my account. I called the 888 PNC Bank number, got a representative who told me that the check was still at the PNC bank location, and I could go there and retrieve it. It took me about 30 minutes to get there. Once there I was told that the customer service representative was WRONG! The check has to be sent back to me and is not at the branch. If the 888 number representative do not know the answer to a question, they should say so. The proper response should have been, "I do not know. What branch location...Here is that branch's number."”

“Today was a pleasant one 3-27-25. I was greeted immediately and signed in and waited to be seen. I met with April and it was so cool we had the same name! Spelling and all she was so nice and we shared laughs and little stories due to our namesakes! and all the while mutually handing the business at hand!. She successfully closed my account and I plan to return once I get back on my feet from my other retina detachment surgeries and recoveries. I Love this Bank because they let you know when something is going on with your account or your cards the simplest of Off they handle it immediately. Always acknowledge even by the security guard , they are always willing to work with you. I will always recommend this bank due to the fact they care for and about their customers first! And I've never had an issue with the tellers or bank systems at this location. PNC also has several banks within Wawas they help ATMs much easier and I was talking to someone getting money out as well but He had used his Independence Card which was interesting and different! . So if you have that card you can use it at any PNC ATM that's inside a Wawa”

“Great place. I don't personally bank here but when i was a teenager they let me come inside for protection when someone who did a not legal thing to me was following me to try to take my valueable person items by force. Basically these guys protected me when I was a teen by allowing me to come inside and wait until the assailant left.”

“I was confused as to why my NOMA bank had such poor reviews, but now I see each one-star review was given a minimum of three to eight years ago. That’s not fair. I’m a PNC customer using this location for several months, and each time I walk in, it is pleasant! I am spoken to and helped almost right away.
I came in a few weeks ago wanting to open a few new investments (outside of my regular accounts). The banking manager (visiting from another branch) took the time to inform me about the rates, opened each one within minutes, and also introduced me to a credit card option with 0 interest. This one was memorable, but each of my visits was just the same.
I wish Google would please wipe these poor reviews that are more than two years old.”

“My regular PNC bank is In Bethesda where I got excellent service, but since I retired I now use this location. I have gotten great service each time I go into this location. In fact I once forgot to take my bank card from the ATM machine and they called me the next day so that I can go pick up. I feel like a valued customer.”

“I must say I have had a good thing with this bank maybe not this location but Wisconsin Ave was great to me after my ID was stolen in the past my name is so messed up they was the only ones willing to help me start to fix things with opening a New account for me.”
