What really stood out was that, while helping me, she still took the time to warmly greet every customer who walked in and politely let them know she would be with them shortly. That level of customer service is truly appreciated.
I always have a great experience at this location because everyone is friendly and professional. The manager (who I assume is the manager since he is there every day) is consistently welcoming and greets every customer with kindness.

Every employee I have interacted with is kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about all the different nuances with online return requirements. This location also has a self serve Amazon drop box thing that you can use if you want. I have never waited longer than 30 seconds because the staff is so efficient. “10 star experience when I visited this location yesterday. I went to just get a document printed, which didn’t come out correctly due to resolution. But the owner, went above and beyond. She went out her way to edit the photo and actually made it 100% better, she gave recommendations, she was also very patient. I appreciate her welcoming and warming energy, and her exceptional customer service. Jay is great too, always quick and fast service when I’m returning items there. Great staff.

“I want to take a moment to give a huge thank-you to the owner and staff at the UPS Store on Annapolis Road in Bowie, Maryland. This store has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced.
The first time I experienced their kindness, I was there with my sister. I had been sitting in a very hot car and eventually couldn’t take the heat anymore, so I came inside. The owner noticed that I looked dehydrated and fatigued. Without hesitation, he went and got me a bottle of water and gave me a seat so I could sit down and recover. That simple act of kindness meant so much to me.
Then, on another occasion, I went there with my niece because we were trying to make copies of flyers for her lost cat. We got to the end and realized we didn’t have enough money to pay for all the copies—and we hadn’t even made as many copies as we needed. My niece was extremely frustrated, and you could see the tears in her eyes.
The owner saw what was happening and, instead of making us feel embarrassed or turning us away, he gave us approximately 25 additional copies at no charge while we searched through the car and pieced together whatever money we could find. That was incredibly generous.
But he didn’t stop there. He even offered to leave one of our lost-cat flyers in the store so that if someone came in and saw it, they could contact us if they had any information. That showed me that this wasn’t simply about running a business—he genuinely cared about helping people.
You don’t come across that kind of kindness and compassion everywhere. The people at this UPS Store are warm-hearted, polite, helpful, and truly customer-focused.
Because of the way they treated me and my family, I will gladly pass other UPS Stores just to come to this one. Great customer service, generosity, kindness, and people who genuinely care—that’s what you’ll find here.

“This is my go-to place for anything that I need done for shipping, sending important documents, or notary. The staff are incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. Every once in a while there is a wait but they are always well-staffed. Really appreciate that this is locally own and managed. “I believe it’s the manager or the owner the guy with the bald head. He’s always very kind courteous and he helps out tremendously, especially on days when I have my glasses are broken or I put the wrong with the wrong QR code. he’s patient he make sure that I get all my packages sent to the correct places and just recently. I had my dog with me and he allowed me to bring my dog into the store so that she wouldn’t run off on the leash cause that was looking like it was about to happen. I’m so gracious to that UPS store they’re very kind and anyone who doesn’t have a UPS store they normally go to the one on Baltimore Avenue here in Laurel is the best one to go to, I can assure you that great job guys. please keep up the good work because I love customer service as well and you guys have it down to a T.”
