For food that isn't available, it can be ordered but give yourself a few extra weeks just in case things are on back order. Special shoutout to Terry who actually called me because she remembered I wanted something months ago that was out of stock that suddenly came in. It's folks like her that makes the experience enjoyable. Staff has taken time out of their day to look for things for me, with VERY limited information given to them (like me saying things like "It was in a ... plastic container? There were colors on it? I think was grain free? Definite, definitely cat food."). Their return policy is incredibly forgiving, and so long as you get your receipts in electronic form, they will take back food that's less than 30 days old and in their original container. It's almost like they know that pets are finicky little creatures.”

“This is by far one of the best PetSmart locations in the area. This store is always so tidy, well stocked, and has the most helpful staff I have encountered in a long time. When I am up this way shopping I make it a point to stop here for my pet needs. My cat currently has a litter box that takes a certain type of litter and can only use that type. Most places are either out of it or do not stock it. Each time I come here, they not only have it, but they have more than one bag on the shelf. Checking out is a breeze here as well as the staff run it smoothly and get the customers taken care of as fast as they can. Each visit and interaction I have had with them has made me want to come back here.”

“We have brought my dog a lot of places and were always unsatisfied. We started going to Chichie's about 2 years ago and have NEVER had a bad experience. She is always cut well, washed, fully dried, and nails are always cut. The owner is super sweet and knows my dog by name. Though she is a rescue with a lot of anxiety (and can be difficult/lazy) they always are understanding and patient.”

“This is a cute boutique pet shop that is mainly focused on dogs. It has two rooms. One room filled with treats and toys and another room filled with feed. The cashier was very friendly. They have so many dog snacks, snacks I've never seen before. Lol. My only complaint is that this place is pricey in comparison to most pet supply shops. Other than that it's great, lots of toys and surprises for your furry best friend.”

“The sales specialists were helpful in finding the item we needed in the store, however they only have forklift staff on duty in the mornings so unfortunately we weren’t able to purchase the main thing we came there for. Instead we got a few reptile tank decorations and mulch bedding.”

“I especially like the groomers that are there. Anytime I have gone in to get my dogs haircut and bath, the groomers are very responsive and friendly. They are great with the dogs too. I have gone several times for a grooming appointment. I gave 4 stars as I don't think the staff in the actual store have been helpful in the past but that has just been my experience.”

“The store is small and cluttered. Normally, I shop at PetSmart but the price for the cat litter was just too good to pass up. No issues with the staff - probably a woman mgr.- who took the cart to my car. Very pleasant.”

“Always come Here and find what I need. Only proble I can report is that was have a line with one cashier and with cashier notice a long long line they call for help a d still it take over 5 plus minutes for someone to come and help and sometime longer for the second lane to open up.”
“I come for live crickets. Sometimes, you have to wait to get a clerk to help, if it's really busy. When I have my granddaughter with me, she likes to look at all the animals, especially the cats.”
