“my kid went into the Hagerstown store and bought "gauges" in a size bigger than I allow to have in my home. one of the employees had "recommended" the way to stretch my kids ears properly and was correct in her advise. regardless I told my kid they must return them right now! i went in to the store a bit "hot headed" I do admit. i explained the situation and how I did understand jewelry may or may not be returned. they listened and had no hesitation on making it right in a kind calm manor, this calmed me too. I commend the 2 employees I encountered in the situation for perfect customer service and dealing with me "lol"”
