“I fell in love with a nightfall dress while in the store to pick up an online order. The sweet young lady working there (Miranda) helped me with getting the right size and that I would get the 10% discount on one full priced item. I was so excited then she asked if I was using my Torrid credit card for my purchase. Because I would actually get 15% off my purchase. She didn’t rush through just getting me in and out. She took her time and I really appreciated how she handled herself. I hate to sound like an old lady (50 years young) but some young people today just aren’t willing to take the time to do a great job! Thank you Miranda!!”

“Great customrr service, nice selection, 60% sale applied to many items, not just a few, I had a "corporate discount card" from my work and was able to apply my military discount on the items that weren't already covered. I wish they had petite sizes like Leesburg and Clarksburg.”
“I love their Clearense area, you find everything, of course more from past seasons but also cool things. In the rest of the store there is quite a variety, good service, order and large spaces. Even benches inside the store for those who can't stand their feet anymore.”

I sadly didn't catch the name of either of the staff that I spoke with, but they were both great to speak to. I had a fair bit of questions when I got in there, and they were able to answer everything, and more! They have a wonderful selection of items to choose from, and everything looked to be of good quality as well. Karen took the time to explain the current sales and truly went out of her way to help us pick out the perfect bags. We actually didn't walk in with any intention of buying anything today, but after our wonderful interaction with Karen, we happily decided to purchase a few items for my mother-in-law!

“I'm a petite, this is one of the only places that carry clothing to fit a woman under 5 foot. And, the clothing is modern and stylish. Not like the normal petites you find at most chains which are made for much older women! Very rarely do I purchase any clothing from any where other than Loft or Loft Outlet.”

“What an incredibly friendly staff! Sure it's easy to shop online but we've all had way too many experiences where what you get doesn't exactly fit the way we want it to. Eliminate the shenanigans of having to return everything.
They have a great selection of jeans for men and women. They also had great deals and a decent selection of clearance items.”
