“Christmas shopping this past year brought us here. My family and I ventured out a bit farther than we have in the past to do our shopping for the season. We stopped in here on our recent visit.It was busy in here, people were everywhere. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and asked if we needed assistance for anything. We just wanted to browse and see what might pop out at us.Although it was busy and packed in here they were well stocked. Which I was surprised by. They did have a lot to offer, but we ended up leaving with the intention of coming back. We honestly forgot to come back.”

“I was there twice in one week and both times I was greeted by Jeff. It was super busy and throughout the whole ordeal he answered every question and helped me until my purchase.He’s patient, friendly, and just nice to be around. He’s always working so you may see him zip throughout the store but he notices you.Don’t get rid of him. He makes the whole shoe-buying process for people with common sizes like me.... way less painful and the store more inviting.”

“The store was very nice had a huge selection or Levi’s jeans, the staff were nice to me and helped me find another pair of pants the same size I was purchasing and the prices were the same online, would highly recommend going here to purchase Levi jeans as they have so many sizes and styles available in store you can see what ya like and what fits best, as for me I bought a odd size being 33,30 but they had it and I’m happy they did because a 32 fit but a 34 was to big for me so then having a 33 was a perfect fit. (I also say that as I have always gone to kohl’s for Levi’s jeans and never even knew they had odd number jeans because the kohls I have all been to always had even number jeans)”

“I went to Hagerstown valley mall a week ago on Sunday with my kids. Walking by old navy and had to go inside look at the discount socks & bought a couple pairs. Great store, always clean inside, the only negative thing is wish they would do is greet you as you walk in.”

“I am giving this store a 5 only because of Ashleigh. I needed to do an exchange because the shoes my dad gave me as a gift were too big. My first trip there was terrible, the guy didn't seem like he had time to help me. (I was the only person in the store) I went back a second time to see if the shoes had arrived in my size and Ashleigh was working. She was super polite. She took down my information, offered me different solutions to the problem and apologized for my previous service. I was pleased when I received the text stating that there were shoes available in my size that were similar to the ones I was trying to exchange. She asked if I was interested in those instead and then put them aside so I picked them up the next day. Again, polite. Also, professional. She was a ray of sunshine in the cloudiness of the previous mess I experienced. Give that girl a raise!!”

“I really enjoyed shopping in this store. I was able to find what I was looking for and something I'd about given up on finding. The store was clean and well organized and the staff was friendly. I paid more than I'm used to for some of the items (a pair of ladies black shorts for my MMA class) but I was glad to find them. Finding ladies athletic shorts that are long enough to meet my schools requirements turned out to be much harder than I would have thought. I wanted to mention my cashier by name but I forgot to write it down and it's not on the receipt. She was extremely helpful.”

“It was our first time visiting the store and buying something. My first impression was that the store was clean and neat. Customer service was 9/10 for our first visitation. I must say that their merchandise is way overpriced. I saw a sweater that I liked that cost about $200, and I read and felt material that was the same as the sweater at Marshall's with similar design patterns but cost way less than theirs. My husband bought a belt and a cowboy dress shirt; the total was nearly $200 (omg).”

“One in the foot locker just to look around for like sweatpants and on came out with them a light wind breaker jacket for a 45 dollars the guys treated me better there than what I had when I wanted into finish line I guess being a woman they finish line didn't want customer service that badly but foot locker didn't have a problem”
