“A huge thank you to Tori (spelling)! Tori is one of the techs at Wits End Fabrication. He saved me! I met Tori when wrapping up a Police motorcycle escort for the Faces of Valor ride through Annapolis. My motorcycle would stall as soon as I placed it in gear. Several others and I couldn't figure it out. Tori quickly stopped what he was doing and came to my rescue. He quickly diagnosed the problem. The kickstand safety sensor/switch was loose and the bike thought the kickstand was down when it was not. After a quick adjustment the bike was up and running and I was on my way. Thank you Tori!”

“Professional, effective, and trustworthy. My first experience was when Mo assessed a car that I was looking to donate to support Vehicles for Change. My car had been zealously maintained, and ran without issues. Nevertheless, Mo identified some minor items that had been missed by my previous mechanics and he addressed those items to ensure that the end-recipient of my donated car received a top vehicle. This showed an attention to quality, professional standards, and doing the right thing.
My next experience was when Mo and Chris helped me with my new car. They were effective in their work and highly generous with their time. They took steps to ensure that the interior of my car remained clean in the process. I trust their work and recommended them to my family, who also have had a positive experience. While it is a drive to for me and my family to get to this location, the end result is worth it.”

“I have a motorhome. Hours before we planned to leave for a trip, checking tire pressures found in board rear tire flat. Tire was ripped wide open from shrapnel on the road I guess. I didnt even know where to go and I was excited to find Rice Tire by way of internet. With no appointment they took me in immediately. I was in and out in maybe a little over an hour. Very accommodating. My service advisor was very helpful and made me aware of my options. The crew that worked on the motorhome were great. I will definitely go here in the future for all my motorhome needs.

“If I could give them 10 out of 5 stars I would! I came in with a new car I bought and needed inspection, they told me there were several issues to be fixed before I could pass. I was in a terrible situation since I only had a day to get the inspection before making the long trek back to Florida. These guys put all their efforts into helping me. They even gave me a ride back to my other car so they could keep it there while they got the parts and made the repairs. Friendly, fair price, and super thorough to make sure I was in a safe vehicle. They had to do an alignment for me and thoroughly road tested it after it was done. They weren’t satisfied with the results so stayed after closing to make sure it was perfect and safe before I drove away. This company is the best and will ONLY be using them from now on!
