Going through paperwork, was a breeze. Everything I needed to know was given to me step by step. Catherine has a system in place that has worked through out the years almost a decade adding more confidence this was a great choice in my area.
The walk through of the facility was also very impressive. Catherine gave me all the details of entering and exiting the facility that was noticeably very clean, no smells.
I appreciate her high levels of professionalism, and I really look forward to recommending this Extra Space storage to others in the future.”
