Plenty of fishing gear and outdoor stuff to choose from. The staff was friendly, but it did take a little while to get someone’s attention. Overall, it was a good visit, and I’ll be back when I need more gear.”

“Good Company. I bought a Schutt F7 helmet with an EGOP III Facemask. The order didn't take long at all but the facemask was missing from the order. I called them and they immediately sent another on the spot with no questions asked. I can appreciate a company who owns a mistake and immediately makes it right with the customer.”
“Most iconic gym I've been to! This was the highlight of Baltimore to me, a gymrat. Anyways, the space is VERY well equipped (ski ergs, rowers, stairs/steps machines, treadmills etc) and your functional/cross training gears (battle ropes, medicine balls etc). Female changing room is very well maintained and clean. Too bad I didn't manage to enjoy their sauna facility. Shout out to Freddy for a great midday boot camp too!”

“AMAZING!!! I initially wanted to shop online and pickup but I decided to call before going in I went in for last minute vacation clothes for my son. John Cash waited for me to arrive and had already had what we discussed over the phone on the counter and even had options for me to choose from , & offered for me to call him if I had any issues. His customer service is amazing and the clothing quality is excellent! I had a small discrepancy with one of the shirts being too small and he communicated with me the entire time offering me an exchange! I will continue spending my money with CASHLAND! Most clothing stores will not care after you spend your money he understands the key is for long term customers and he has one in me from now on!”
“I was having a bad day, until i walked in. I must say this is one of the best locations, thus far. When you enter, they greet you and make you feel welcome. Kay is very pleasant and welcoming, with a smile. You can see it in her eyes, even with a mask on. James was also very pleasant and welcoming. Jordan and Drew made sure i got what i needed without a problem. They didn’t have a problem with checking to make sure the item was in stock. This team is awesome!!! The store is nice and clean, you can find everything without a problem. Love it!!! Keep up the great work guys!!!”

“This is a pretty good Bass pro. The store is clean and organized, the product selection is good and the Theming, Taxidermy and aquarium are on point. Also the folks working there are super helpful. I found these really funny hyper-realistic Bass slides that I instantly fell in love with because they’re simultaneously adorable and deeply Cursed, but I was struggling to find them in large, for I am ostensibly a Sasquatch. I asked someone working there if they had them in my size, and while they personally didn’t know they directed me to someone in the shoe department who actually looked in the back and came back with a pair of fish-flops, still wrapped in the shipping bag that were exactly the right size.
The staff here really went above and beyond to help me find these beautifully ugly things and actually checked the back, when they just as easily could’ve said “everything we have is out on the shelves”, like I have heard at so many other stores. I cannot recommend this store enough. Y’all are actually worth coming to this Tragically mostly De-themed mall for.”

“I had a pleasant shopping experience at this store. That was until I realized I had lost my grandmother’s earring in the changing room. I called and spoke with Jessica. She moved everything around and found it. The earring is not worth a lot, but it was a gift from my grandmother before she died. The customer service I got from Jessica was unbelievable. “Kiyota-san is the sole supplier of Japanese-imported martial arts supplies on the entire East Coast. He is himself a martial artist (judo) and is familiar with many Japanese budo organizations. He has price options for equipment: Economy models, which usually fall under $100; or Made in Japan models, which are authentic but more expensive. He has his own JK brand of dogi (uniforms) as well as those made in Japan. He's been in the Baltimore area for a long time and is well-respected by the community. Very helpful and very funny. If you have time, he has a lot of stories to tell you. Highly recommend.”

“Best spot in Baltimore for sneaker heads; the only place I've found near the Inner Harbour that has Jordans and Air Force Ones. Nice selection of clothing, collectibles, and knick knacks as well. The staff treated me like an old friend the moment I walked in the door, extremely accommodating. You should be aware that it's quite pricey though, so if you plan to shop here bring a fat wallet?. There was an awesome Bape t-shirt I wanted but I quickly put it back after seeing the $225 price tag. Very happy with my purchase, will be going back on my next visit to the city.”
“Visited the store last week. Ava and Neil were working. I couldn't find the shoes my son loves and they were quick to help. I explained that my son is autistic and has been wearing this same style of shoe for the last 5 plus years. They explained that the style was set on clearance and after they even went in the back to check, they didnt have them. They went online to see if there were any and wrote down the exact name of the shoe. They then also gave recommendations on other styles that might work. But my biggest praise to them is when they offered to have my son come in. I explained that he can be quite difficult for trying anything on, especially something new and different. With him now being 10 and quite tall, his behaviors can be a bit much sometimes. Both Ava and Neil offered incredible empathy and said they were both happy to have him come in for as long as it took to find the right pair. I felt their sincerity and it was such a kind gesture. I have yet to take him in but I know when I do, they will be patient and understanding. Thank you Ava and Neil. Your kindness means the world to me.”

“One of the first bait and tackle I learned about when I first moved here. They usually have what you want and need, only gripe is that they couldn't issue Complimentary Free hunting/Fishing License for Veterans.”
