“First I stopped by, just before closing, to just get some fact-finding done. Matt & Zack were very informative, knowledgeable and pleasant. I was very happy to see Matt's familiar face the next day after I decided our plan of action to replace a phone. Despite being the only person working (and with a decent line of customers), Matt was patient and thorough with every customer.
