“I think people are too hard on these people in these hard times. These employees put their health on the line every day for ungrateful, selfish customers. I have found the employees at this store to always be helpful and friendly. The store is clean and the food and produce side is always as stocked as these times will allow. The only problem is that greedy hoarders are stripping the shelves of paper goods and medicines and are stockpiling them. Kudos to the professional dedicated employees of the Hampstead Walmart.”
“After going around in circles for hours on the phone with Verizon customer service and apple support to get a replacement phone activated I decided to try the store. Wes went so far above and beyond to help me and ultimately was able to get it done after having to go in circles himself with Verizon customer service. He spent 45 minutes on the phone exhausting every option to get my issue solved so I didn’t have to wait 72 hours for apple to restore my account. I need my phone for work so that would have been a nightmare. Aside from his excellent service he’s also extremely friendly and personable. I would give 50 stars if I could. Thanks Wes!”
