“I walked in ready to leave TMobile after 15 years. I had been on the phone for hours, went to another store and heard if this store can't straighten out my phone and account, it can't be done. 30min later, my account and phone issues were being taken care of !

Kevin was great, best customer service EVER!!! People like Kevin and this store is why I am with TMobile. Note: This shouldn't be the exception, this should be the normal. We have lost our way and accept lower standards. I won't be a customer who gets mistreated anymore!”

“Not my go to Costco by any means but since I was nearby, I decided to stop in for the few items I needed. I found what I was looking for. Parking wasn't terrible. This location is smaller than my usual one in Beltsville. Employees are friendly and helpful. I won't go out of my way to come back but I'm glad it's here!”

“This 711 is very close to Homewood Suites hotel, located on Dorsey Road by the airport. Inside the store is very clean and well organized; plenty snacks and beverages to choose from. The coffee/tea station is super stuffed with all the goodies sugar, stirrers, milks of all kids, syrups etc. They also offer a variety of gifts cards and make-up items in addition to the usual convenience store items. They have 8 fuel pumps with ample room to get to them and get gas. The prices are competitive with the area. The staff here is the best they're always available and ready to answer any questions you may have. I visit this place very often.”
