“Quick in and out just dropping off returns. Both employees were already helping customers when I walked in, but I was still greeted and told they would be with me shortly. Even as Abby was helping a gentleman, she apologized for the wait, not that she needed to. I was the only other person in line and had only been there a minute or two. I appreciated her attention and awareness of other customers, though. The other employee was helping a lady who seemed a little confused about her sending options, and Abby was able to give her input to help while still working with her own customer. When it was my turn at the register, she again apologized for the wait and thanked me for my patience. Which, again, it was not a long wait at all. My drop off was a very quick and smooth interaction. Abby was polite and respectful, and it is employees like her that keep me always going back to this UPS location whenever it is an option.”

“Current: I've received nothing but excellent service from the gentlemen (and, recently, Laila) who work at the Odenton UPS Store. In fact, I bypass another location and drive well out of my way to get there. As a long-time customer, it is a pleasure to know that my UPS-related needs are addressed well and consistently here.
Previous: I patronize the Odenton UPS location, as the customer service is consistently excellent. Today, I had an Amazon return that was in an awkward, heavy-ish box, and Sariyu not only volunteered to pull it out of the backseat but carried it in herself with no problem! I appreciate going to a business where I can be certain that my requests will be handled in a helpful, efficient, and friendly manner. Will return again and recommend to anyone.”
“Had a wonderful experience with this UPS store. The notary helped me print some documents, notarized and packaged everything I needed for my application. He went above and beyond by helping me scan my documents for a clearer resolution and printed it free of charge. It was very kind and made a huge difference on a stressful day trying to mail in applications. My package also arrived the next day as promised. Highly professional service and excellent customer care.”

I noticed the young man was new because he was being trained, the young lady training him was polite as well. “I use this store for my Amazon returns a couple times a month. EVERY TIME I have come here, which has been dozens of times over the years they have been helpful and professional. Today I came in right at 5pm fully expecting them to be closed but they helped me and were (as usual) friendly and professional. The guy even helped me tape up my shipping box”

“I'm amazed at all these negative reviews - this is my preferred post office (Main Street is awful, and Montpellier is always too crowded), never had a bad employee or an issue with service. Wait times are of course long during covid, but I'll still be treated better here than other locations.”
