“Hands down best customer service I experienced switching carriers. My main reason switching from Verizon was due to poor service at my home, text messages failing to send, and poor 5G service. Did some research on T-Mobile and AT&T but was still hesitant about switching. Well, while shopping in Costco I decided to stop by the T-Mobile kiosk and talk to employees about their service. Johnathan Chang and team gave me a break down of what my bill would be, promotion incentives, talked about what adds on come with the service, and they also told me how T-Mobile could pay off my phones from Verizon. SOLD! I transferred 4 lines and 2 watches. The porting process was by far the easiest and super fast compare to switching to Verizon. It’s been 2 weeks and service is amazing with no issues. Two days ago, Mr. Chang even did a follow up text just to see how everything was going, which wasn’t an automated message. This T-Mobile at the Arundel Mills Costco was simply amazing. They answered all my questions and didn’t pressure me to commit. If you’re looking for good in person customer service, go check them out. You’ll be in good hands and then you’ll probably grab a bunch of things you don’t need from Costco lol.”
“Thomas the store manager was most definitely the best phone buying experience I've had in a very long time. Helped me understand every single offer Verizon had for me and was unbelievably patient when describing them. Helped me realize if I waited 2 days Verizon would offer me better deals and didn't try to force me to buy that day over making an informed decision and buying from them just a few days later. Genuinely not a salesman just another man trying to help everyone get the best prices and deals possible!”
