Mini, Travis and Kimberly (Fit Experts) greeted me with a friendly smile, professionalism, expertise and extremely prompt amazing service! They took the time with passion to educate me on how to choose the right fit and so many other aspects of excellent foot health. They also helped me come to a conclusion that the Glycerin 21's Brooks (at a great value price) are the most comfortable for my feet and also happens to be my favorite shoes ever. Their dedication to excellent customer education and service is second to none and reflects great credit upon themselves and the Road Runner Sports brand! They are the epitome of excellence and true professionalism! My overall rating undoubtedly is 5 stars without hesitating. “I had a great experience at Georgetown Running Company thanks to the staff - Demarco and crew on Saturday 11 Nov morning. I was actually on a run with a friend when I told her that I was thinking of new running shoes and we decided to stop by after our run. Demarco was extremely helpful, going through the foot scan and walking through my results. I had been running with the wrong shoe size all this time! I was not planning to buy a shoe that morning but that blew my mind so I had to. When Demarco gave me four different styles to try, he gave me the space and time to try them on and I appreciate that. He was not trying to push a particular shoe or price point. After trying on each shoe, I ultimately decided on the Hoka Mach 5 and am extremely happy. Demarco helped give me some good points about each shoe and I’m so confident about the choice. I appreciate the mention of the rewards program and the return policy as well. “Update 6/2023: so happy with the new management at Amano! They’re friendly, helpful and the inventory is much improved. I now go there more frequently to see what new things they have.Previous review: I'm so glad to hear others say they've had great customer service b/c it's been hit or miss with me. Sometimes i'll get a very nice sales woman and other times, like today, my daughter and i walked in, looked around the jewelry by the front register and left 5 mins later and not one person acknowledged us. We've also gone bought something there and literally, nothing was said to us. Not hello/can i help you/thank you for shopping with us. As i said, there have been times when they've been friendly but it's kind of odd that it's not consistent.”

“Shout out to Kimberly for such warm, consultative service! As an avid distance runner for years, I was overdue for a proper fitting. After telling Kimberly a little about my running/shoe history (and that I was "Hoka-curious") she shortly fitted me with fantastic options. “My family's been shopping at ROCKDEEP for three years now. And Everything's GREAT! Every product we ordered was made from with such magnificent quality. The feel and appearance of every piece kept me going back to make more purchases. The finial touches was wonderful such as the time they gifted every purchase with gold keychains, mask, bags with zippers, or thank you cards. This company is extremely customer friendly and thoughtful. I wish I could shop in-store however I leave near the beaches of California. “I was visiting DC for the weekend and had an impulse to purchase a pair of Rick Owens sneakers. After searching multiple stores, my search was pretty unsuccessful until I was recommended to SOMEWHERE by a friend. They vouched for SOMEWHERE, based on their personal experience, and them to likely carry what I was looking for.I called the store about my inquiry, they confirmed they had the shoe and advised me to out their website for sizing and online order for pickup. I ordered the shoes and headed in that direction right away as it was close to closing time. After fighting DC traffic and BARELY making it, I found that I made the purchase for the other location which, in essence at that time, was already [technically] closed. A total oversight on my end.The staff member, who searched for my order, recognized this and went above and beyond for my rather "urgent" situation as I wanted to wear them that night and I wasn't sure if I'd have the time to get them on another day. He contacted the other location, explained to them my situation, and ultimately facilitated an arrangement for me to pick up my order at the correct store after closing time.The initiative of this particular staff and his ability to go above and beyond possessed me to write a review as he is a direct reflection of what I think this store represents. AMAZING customer service and hard to find high-end street fashion.I am grateful for him (and the staff at the other location to have waited for me). What a FIRE pick up!!!”

I needed a good pair of jeans (which is so hard to find today) and she worked really gave me the help I needed. This includes going through the different styles and sizes to help me find a great pair of jeans!! I tried on so many styles and she was honest about which were the best for me and what I felt most comfortable in. The jeans I got are amazing.
