“Libby is great! She went above and beyond to help me get my heart medication.Back story: I had gone to a different location and they said my prescription would be $600 until I got prior authorization by my secondary insurance who is not open to help on the weekends (they have had my prescription 3 days so I’m not sure why they waited so long to send the authorization to my doctor) so their solution was spend $65 to get a few pills (they were also very rude). I called the Hollywood location and Libby answered, she called the other location for me, got everything sent to the Hollywood location and went out of her way to sign me up for a card that made my prescription only $10 WITHOUT prior authorization. Libby deserves a raise!”
