The warranties are as good or better than my previous sources and there are numerous locations to pick up my tool needs. Frankly the tools are quite good and occasionally they provide major sales and discounts. Predator generators are durable, efficient and highly rated. All in all I think Harbor Freight and its tools are a very good value”

“I bought a 56” roller cab at the Parkville store and had it delivered to the store. Everyone there was very helpful with the whole process. I chose this store after having difficulty with the employees in Edgewood. When I picked up the tool box, Evan at the store helped me load it into the truck. He even climbed in the back with me and helped squeeze it in. I definitely would not have been able to get it loaded without his help. I will be taking my business there from now on because of their great customer service.”

“I had an exceptional experience with Costello's Ace Hardware store. I purchased a Blackstone Grill the weekend after Memorial Day, and they delivered it on Sunday, less than 24 hours after I placed my order.

The service exceeded my expectations in several ways:

* They delivered the grill fully assembled.
* Instead of just dropping it at my door, they placed it on my deck.
* They even handed me a battery for the starter, explaining that they often receive calls from customers who don't realize a battery is needed.

The reason why I'm acknowleging JoJo is because of his professionalism, patience and assertiveness in problem solving. What couldn't be done refunding a cancelation of service in the store, he followed through in calling the Home Depot office to assist him, which his professionalism was shown as he dealt with other departments and employees on the phone. This refunding took JoJo quite awhile to resolve but his patience and tone of voice was exceptional. Also, the problem which was resolved by JoJo on today (7/17/24) was presented to the same store on (7/16/24) at Customer Service desk, by another employee the day before, but with no resolve and unhelpful. JoJo should be recognized and his professionalism should be a guideline for the staff. He demonstrated what is missing today in retail Excellent Customer Service. ($99.00 CREDIT for a cancelation of outsourced service). Give that young man an employees recommendation.

“Vince... a very gregarious and knowledge owner/salesperson. It was a pleasure visiting his store for the first time and meeting him. I learned it was a family business that he's now run for decades. The store is packed to the ceiling and displayed attractively out front, with just about everything you'd need/expect in a hardware store (not lumber yard.)I'd called in and he was able to salvage the correct part for my lawn mower from one that was located "out back." He saved me approx. $20 by getting me the handle I needed, which didn't have it's own individual part number, without having to by the whole self-propel control unit.I will return.”

The level of professionalism that she displayed was simply amazing. I would highly recommend a promotion/raise for her. Anneliese (Supervisor) was very appreciative of my comments to her about MARLAYA. When leaving, SEMIRA was very helpful as well when she initially assisted us with MARLAYA. We were elated when we reached the cash register to check out where we encountered TYNEARA. She was very kind as well. The Super Customer Service that was given to us should be awarded due to the fact that it is very rare to find such a service. I would highly recommend this location in Randallstown, Maryland to all of my friends and family.”

“I had an annoyingly slow drain in my tub and a friend recommended I rent one of those powerful drain snakes. When I went to pick up 2 young ladies in rental dept ask me a few questions and warned me if I had an old home it could crack my pipes. They suggested I try this manual snake with a nylon end in combination with Zep clog removal. They probably saved me thousands of dollars. I can't thank those young ladies enough. My tub is draining perfectly now and no more pooling. I usually get very little help there but Great service from them!”

He was very knowledgeable and patient as he explained to me the various types, qualities and finishings of interior paints. He certainly made it easier as it was my first experience buying paint and I was feeling intimidated not knowing how to choose.
