“Came in the other day to get serviced only to come upon Mr. Martinez! One of the most knowledgeable bankers I’ve been helped by in years. He definitely knew what he was doing and he was just an interesting person to get to know. At first I thought because he looked so young that he wouldn’t have been able to help but I was really wrong. One of the busiest TD BANKS in the area and I’m glad that Mr. Martinez took me in that day. Couldn’t have asked for a better banker! “I've got a great service here. Yes, the queue runs slow, but that is because they listen to you patiently. The teller lady was very helpful and sympathetic. If you want to talk to any of the tellers here about any special needs, better get an appointment. There's no public restroom though.”
“The branch manager, Sean Headley, has helped me out every time I go to this branch. I am dealing with problems at Citi retirement, so it's a nearly endless round of faxing and emailing paperwork, phone calls, etc. The staff could not have been more helpful or patient. Although I keep my money in credit unions now, it is nice to find such a good bank.”
