Tellers and staff were all very kind, they answered my questions and saw me for an appointment quickly, despite not booking in advance. As far as bank branches go, this one’s very nice to deal with.

Hadn't been inside a bank in years and was prepared for it to be awful (based on the busy location) to close an account but it was quick. Greeted twice when I walked in and was helped by Kayla who was very nice. In and out in 15min.
