“The branch manager, Sean Headley, has helped me out every time I go to this branch. I am dealing with problems at Citi retirement, so it's a nearly endless round of faxing and emailing paperwork, phone calls, etc. The staff could not have been more helpful or patient. Although I keep my money in credit unions now, it is nice to find such a good bank.”

“I have always hated coming to this branch even though it's near my house because it's "well known" that the staff are very rude and very unprofessional specally if you domt speak spanish and seem to not like their job, this is probably one of the worse of worse of worse boa in the entire area. Everybody knows it. So what happened today was surprising the front desk lady who help me was (Aretha) she was very professional yet very nice and showed a lot of respect and good work ethics. She was very patient even though I was a little demanding and she helped me then best she could, I was very very happy with her work. Aritha( i think that was her name) she is one of very few people in boa Langley park who can deliever satisfying customer service "without" attitude. She is just professional yet very nice and pleasant. Ask for her if you want someone who show respect and professionalism.. 4 stars for her and one stars out for the bad staff in there.”
