I had some issues with payment on the day of purchase, but they patiently waited for me and went out of their way to help. They were so warm and supportive, answering all my questions in great detail. Every time I came back for adjustments, they remained just as patient and helped me resolve any issues smoothly. Truly a fantastic experience!”
“I had Matthew help me dial in a new fit at Conte’s Lexington. He did some precision foot beds.He was extremely informative and thorough on fitting and crafting my footbeds. ( my feet feel like a big comfortable hug now). He fussed about my writing position and my cleat location. I’m talking particular.?I have already recommended his talent to my cycling buddy. And strongly suggest Matt to dial-in your position on your bike, new, or old. He made it easier to go faster, with more confidence. You won’t be disappointed.Thanks Matt!”

Great experience at this Trek shop. The staff was super helpful and patient while I tried a few bikes to find the right fit, and they answered all my questions without any pressure to buy. “Eric fixed my son's eBike after a crash severed cables and wrecked the brakes. He was easy to work with to get the bike picked up and dropped off and his work looks excellent (he even did a bit of tuning). I doubt Eric is the cheapest option, but he's no more expensive than the bike shop and he's faster and easier to deal with. I'll use his services again for sure.”
“I have only been here once but I am in love! I felt so well taken care of. I brought in a bike I had found on the marketplace because it had squealing breaks. I had just proudly dawned it up with my lock, lights and phone holder. The mechanic looked it over and gave me a reasonable quote for the new breaks. He also pointed out to me the back tire had rot! I would have never noticed this being brand new to biking and was so grateful. But it made sense because the way the bike had been stored was not the best. So he helped me pick out a great new tire giving me lots of good options. The whole fix only took two hours and when I came back I saw they had also secured my lock so it was not wobbly and the screw that secured it to the bike did not catch my pants anymore. They also gave me a Velcro tie so it was really secure. At this point I was just so grateful because again this is all new to me and I would have had no idea how to do any of this. I will 100% be back for anything I need done in the future.”

They asked a few questions and quickly got to work. Their quick turnaround and helpful suggestions were greatly appreciated. Everyone here is highly knowledgeable and very kind.They let me take all the e-bikes out for a spin, multiple times, before helping me decide on an xtracycle RFA. I love it so much!”
“My chain was skipping, so I called trusty Silver Cycles. Since it feels like the dead of winter, they could provide same-day service. They expertly installed a new cassette, chain, front rings, and bottom bracket -- priced reasonably.
They called as soon as it was ready. When I picked up, the owner told me they weren't happy with how my bike was shifting on the front rings. I responded that it's an old bike and hasn't shifted well in years. Still, she went outside with me and asked me to ride around and provide her feedback. After a short ride, I told he that it shifted way better than before.
Such excellent service and real concern that I was pleased with the work. Silver Cycles is now my 'always' bike shop!”
