“Jose` was so patient to explain the different plans to me. I had a great experience at this location. He was very professional and made sure my phone worked properly before I left the store. He should train other cricket wireless employees on how to treat customers.”
“Laila was incredible in aiding my daughter and I for getting an upgrade. She was extremely helpful, patient, and friendly. Even though this was a tedious process, Laila was very knowledgeable, and informed us of the best options possible. She made this experience especially enjoyable and easy.”
“I just have got to share my experiences at this cricket with a worker his name is Donny Seto. He is an outstanding man, I really appreciate him without him there is no cricket store, he amazes me the way he takes good care of all his customers and no one leaves that store unhappy, he makes sure everyone is happy before they leave the store and he has alot of patience. This is the best people person ever so come to this store to buy all your phones, chargers, headset and so on, I promise you won't regret it, you will get the best service ever again his name is Donny Seto.”
