“Went to this GameStop a couple days ago to trade in my Spider-Man edition PS5 and upgrade to the PS5 Pro during the Pro Week promotion. The total trade-in value came out to a little over $450, which made the upgrade much easier.
The staff were extremely patient and helped me reset my old console in store, which I really appreciated. We also had a nice casual conversation while everything was processing, and the overall experience felt very friendly and relaxed.
I mentioned that I didn’t get a chance to preorder Resident Evil 9 Requiem from GameStop, so I missed the promotional tote bag, and the employee actually gave me one for free, which was a really nice surprise.
Shoutout to Darius and Allen (sorry if I spelled the names wrong!) for the great service. This is definitely one of the better GameStop locations I’ve been to.”

“I've been having problems with my phone last month in february I could not use my phone for 2 weeks and my bill is paid up till April and I just got it working again I never had to put a cold in my phone I do have a pattern but it was never a cold and locked my SIM card that I couldn't use my phone and I kept going to the store to have it fixed and every time I turn my phone off or restart it comes up that I have to put a code in eight numbers I never had to do that before only I should be accommodated for last month that I couldn't even use my phone that's not right”

“On my most recent trip to this Hyattsville, Maryland 711(7-Eleven), I decided to get a tasty oreo hot cocoa (mixed with a little French Vanilla flavoring) and a one dollar scratch off ticket. Obviously, as with other 711 places, a person can get their oreo hot cocoa in various sizes, and this location lets you pour your own hot cocoa.”

“Most 7-eleven hire foreign speaking owners and they dont greet customers and can understand customer request. I have yet to visit an establishment that greets its customers upon entry. It is rare and unsavory. I generally dont visit again bc the first rule of business acumen is greeting the customer with a smile and then attempt to facilitate their needs. So, outside of purchasing coffee, I dont patronize 7-11.”
