“This is another store that is technically attached to the mall, but you need to go outside in order to access it. Best to just move your car and save yourself the hassle.I came here in search of some items that I didn't seem to have because of my recent move. Honestly, I had nothing in mind when I walked in here, but of course I found something. Like every single other person that walks in here, you end up with something.I do have to say, compared to the neighboring, similar store, this one is much more organized, and appears much cleaner. Although you can never predict what stock they have they were well stocked with what they did actually have. I did a lot of browsing and ended up with things that I knew I wanted but not necessarily needed.Check out was a breeze and pleasant. The staff were polite and made sure to take care of items purchased.”

“Earlier today I brought my three-month-old and five-year-old daughters in to get their ears pierced with real gold earrings. We chose Claire's since they appear to have the most successful experience with piercings after twice circumnavigating the entire mall. Despite not having an appointment, as was shown on the window outside, the staff, whose name I believe was Hana, welcomed us and started serving us right away. She went into great depth about everything, from the kinds of metals they use for piercings to the rigorous cleaning methods. We had a lovely experience and are so so grateful for her help, especially because my 5-year-old made getting her ears pierced perhaps the most difficult event of her life. Thank you, Miss Hana, and we'll be back soon to redeem our coupons.”

“Staff on the salesfloor was very helpful. Went browsing due to an email I received. Ended up shopping sale section. Clean store. There was not a fitting room attendant. The cashier was friendly. Not many sizes to chose from for regular priced items. The sale selections were in the middle of the store and by the fitting rooms. Good thing is they have price checkers on the floor. I would come to shop here but don't expect great service when you come.”

“I love shopping at Ross. The clothing selection is wonderful, you never know what you're going to find. The only drawback to the clothing is if you find something you really like and it doesn't fit you, you may not be able to find same item in the size you want. But, the selection is so great you will find something you like in your size. The odds and ends at the back of the store are an eclectic array of items. When looking for Toys for my grandson I could always find something that he would like. I even occasionally pick up art supplies there.”
