“I just stopped in here for a sandwich on my way home from an infuriating day. The staff went out of their way to greet me with smiles. My sandwich came out perfectly made, with the perfect amount of hot, fresh fries in the box. I barely even had to wait. You can tell they take pride in their work here, the store was clean, they were cycling out their grab and go sliders on time, the staff all worked together well. Overall they were just amazing and I had to share that!”
“Zach at Royal Farms was absolutely amazing! Super friendly, helpful, and had such a positive attitude the entire time I was there. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly and professionally. It’s rare to come across customer service this good anymore. “It is 8/20/2023 , 7pm. I stopped at this 711 per chance as I’m traveling from Florida to NY. Just so happened to stop here to grab some ice. I don’t usually leave reviews for regular in and out stores but I had to leave a comment because I was so pleasantly surprised by the female worker who was on staff tonight. She was holding doors for customers, and even carried an older gentleman’s drink tray to his car and waited for him to get in the car to hand it to him. I’m not sure if this is normal for employees out here as I’m from NYC but I’ve never seen a 711 employee go above and beyond in that manner. I don’t know her name but I hope the manager sees this and knows who I’m speaking about. Top tier employee, she deserves a raise. All 7/11 employees could learn a thing or two from this woman! God bless her!”

He took the time to call the provider and get a different medication suitable for my son. Then there was a problem with my insurance and Mike took his time and figured it all out! I haven't had a bad experience with the other employees but tattoo guy promoted the new highs ice-cream after seeing I was buying a different brand and asked if we wanted to sign up for the rewards card (which I didn't even know was a thing). He was very kind and not pushy at all. keep him around!”
