“10 stars ! I went in to CubeSmart in Jessup with my elderly mother to find and choose a storage unit for my mother’s belongings and Aaron , the manager , was absolutely wonderful ! 1st he stood outside in the cold and held the door the whole time we walked up the ramp to the building and that takes a while with my mother using a walker ! The whole time he smiled and spoke to us , as if we knew him for years !! Then we get inside and he immediately introduces himself with a hand shake , which is rare and very much appreciated. He also asked our names and actually addressed us , also rare these days ! Aaron continued to ask questions and walked us around to multiple units until we were satisfied and we walked out of there knowing that we had the perfect size for what we needed . My mother completed the rental on the spot and we wouldn’t think about going anywhere else. We highly recommend this facility, as it is very clean , definitely secure , and the customer service is off the charts . We never ever do reviews , but this experience has to be told . Aaron was kind and funny , extremely knowledgeable about the business and seems to have that rare ability to make us feel like we are the only people around ! He genuinely cares about his property and his craft and it shows . Thank you !!!! 10 stars !!”
