“This was not a pleasant rental experience. The front desk attendant seemed uninterested in helping and appeared to expect that I would simply drop the vehicle off without a proper check-in—which is unacceptable. Additionally, the vehicle needed new front tires and was not very clean. This review is edited because I spoke with the manager and she explained that they are just rental for U-Haul, but this still doesn’t justify the way I was treated. Nevertheless I will rent again but only going directly through management.”

I struggle with my rent every month especially with the increase in rent I’ve been in auction status so many times because it is a struggle out here for people but Kimberly always advocates for me as a longtime customer and I am so thankful to have someone like her who is so caring and supportive. Please keep her around she deserves a raise because sh goes above and beyond for her customers.”
