“I just had the most amazing experience at this Rofo. Pascal was the sweetest and most helpful employee I’ve ever met. I made a horrendous mess when I spilled a 24 oz cup of coffee all over the coffee station. I was beside myself trying to clean it up and he came to my rescue immediately. “The store was very clean and has a lot of options. However it is sad to see only one employee working a lot of the time. I saw Mary take my $5 coupon even though see didn't notice that I saw the theft of of her being sneaky when I was putting my items in the cart. She also was trying to get me to buy less because it was clearance items. She explained she had to manually ring each item and I had an entire cart full of merchandise. I was shocked she took my coupon thinking I did not notice! This problem should be rectified immediately! Being as though she was the only employee I wasn't able to handle this with anyone! However I was glad to not be followed like the store in Pasadena!”
