A few days ago, a relative asked me to take her to a different Safeway to pick up a few groceries, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience.

From the moment we walked in, the store was clean, well-stocked, welcoming, and the staff was genuinely friendly. During our visit, we couldn't locate two items, so we asked Marcus for assistance. Although he wasn't able to find them right away, he didn't just leave us wondering. He came back to update us on his progress and let us know he was going to ask a colleague for help. That's when Gregory stepped in, since it was his department.

Both Marcus and Gregory went out of their way to assist my elderly aunt and me with kindness, patience, and professionalism. Their willingness to take a few extra minutes to help us made a lasting impression. Exceptional customer service like theirs is hard to find, and it truly made our shopping experience enjoyable.
