“We've used Nicholson Self Storage Plus for over a year now, and our experience has been fantastic. We're out of state, and one of the top compliments we have is the communication from the staff. They're always super responsive, friendly, and willing to help in any way they can. So very appreciated when you're 5000 miles away! Financially speaking, the unit has been a very good value. Prices have gone up (as with everything) but not inordinately so. Once the unit was cleaned out and move-out was ready, checking out was a breeze. Never had any security issues at all, the facility is secure.
