“This Dash-In is more like a mom & pop store. From the cashiers to the cooks everyone is so kind in my experience. I frequently visit for a morning coffee or for breakfast fresh off the grill for my son before school. He enjoys the breakfast burrito and the friendly employees wishing him a great day at school. A favorite snack of ours are the wings, the spicy wings and old bay wings are so good ?. The store is always well kept. Because we are a community, if I see something out of place, I put it back or clean a spill left by someone passing through I like to presume. I never went in the smaller store, but after the expansion I am hooked.”

“This royal farms I don't eat here . I have my Golden rule if the restrooms look like trash then I know hygiene and cleaning is horrible and don't trust the workers cooking.
Update I returned back and discovered they clean the writings on the wall and looks 100% better August 8, 2024 forgot to update it so I increase from 2 stars to 4. I'll be back

“Not gonna lie, I prefer how it used to be over how it is not, maybe over nostalgia but the Brentwood market seemed authentic when Ms. Nancy still owned it but now, it looks like every other store in the area. Love the cute cats that come out to chill in the parking lot after closing, and the new windows really give a new look to the place. I love the change, but the old Brentwood market holds a dear place in my heart.”

“MS.V and the young lady that worked with her last night showed me that their customer service is outstanding. They managed to please an angry customer, push door dash orders out quickly, dropped fresh chicken all within a blink of an eye. These ladies need some type of extra compensation because they make this store run smoothly.”
“Been coming to this Royal Farms frequently for the last 5 months. The last month or so I can say there has been some changes that I like a lot. I noticed there must be a new manager because they have gotten a lot better with cleanliness, and I’m seeing new pleasant faces. Like the tall darkskin guy that works most mornings with the blue hat and green shirt, think his name starts with a J. He’s always so helpful and kind and always tells you about the deals and he greets almost everybody he sees and I love it when he cooks the chicken and wedges. There’s this darkskin girl at the register there that is also very nice. They do have a few snappy rude ladies here that they need to get rid of or teach customer service. Overnight could be a lil better too. No perfect but I see improvement.”

“Honestly, hated going to pick up medicine due to rude service and the ignorance of employees but since they had new team members the service became spectacular! There’s this new guy, not sure his name but he has long hair and silver necklace, he’s always shown patience towards everyone and makes sure that everyone leaves happy and safe. I remember how he helped a customer in front of me who was so moody and rude, surprisingly they left happy and satisfied. He’s a fast and polite worker. This pharmacy really improved the store experience. So glad they found good workers unlike the ones near ALDIs!”
