“Originally went to Verizon to pay my parent's monthly telephone bill. There was no electric in the Verizon store so the electronic registers, computers, & kiosk devices would not work. Had to pay telephone bill thru snail mail. Then I went across street to do some shopping in the Weis Grocery Store. Isn't this a nice story?”

Just a tad bit better selection variety than the Waldorf location. This is the best of the 3 Aldi's locations nearest to me! We still don't carry wine in any of our area.”
“Susan the check out clerk and Kimberly the manager are truly jewels you should cherish. Their customer service is why we left Safeway. One request, can you teach someone how to put the toilet paper in the holders? It is disgusting to have the roll sitting on the floor or hand rail that someone has had their dirty hands all over. “Great floral department...my "go-to" always for arrangements. I've never had an issue shopping there. Staff is friendly, polite, and helpful. Some aisles can be crowded but, overall pleasant place to shop.”

“This is my go-to spot when I need to pick up a bunch of different things in one trip. The aisles are huge and usually have exactly what I am looking for, whether it is groceries, household supplies, or just random stuff for the house. It is super convenient that they are open late too, so I do not have to rush. Sometimes the checkout lines can get a little long, but I find that it is usually worth the wait because of how much I can get done in just one stop.”
“Great staff! This location is always clean, well organized and the staff are friendly. Lisa was smiling and helpful at the deli counter, Sharon smiled and said hello as we passed and Brenda offered me a warm greeting at the cash register. In an area where most stores treat you like a transaction, this Safeway treats you like a human.”
“I've been to this Walmart about 4 times now since living in this area, all at different times. Not to discredit the other reviews but each time has been pleasant. The store is clean, shelves are stocked not too crowded most of the times.”
“This is definitely a small town store and I love it. They serve food, baked goods, preserves, and so much more! I've lived in La Plata for months and I'm kicking myself for not stopping by sooner. The food is yummy and the staff is amazing! I had the crab cake sandwich and it was by far the best crab cakes I've had. Hubby had the shrimp platter. The shrimp was definitely a good size. I will definitely be coming back. ❤️❤️”
