“I’ve rented from this Enterprise location multiple times over the past summer, and every visit has been a genuinely great experience. Jonathan and the rest of the team consistently go above and beyond — everyone is treated with the same level of respect and attentiveness, whether or not you already have a reservation in hand.
Before each rental, I’ve received a call ahead of time to make sure I had everything I needed and to check whether I required pickup or drop-off assistance. That kind of proactive service makes a real difference.
On my most recent visit, I saw Jonathan training a new team member, Royce, and it gave me real confidence that this location’s excellent customer service will continue no matter who’s working. Highly recommend this team!”
“This is in response to Pierre. In all honesty my brother will not respond to your BS because he is a Christian. It must really bother you that he pays you no mind because you simple will not stop. I on the other hand... God is still working on me (lol). On behalf of my family, please go find something else to do with your time. Surprisingly you failed to mention that you were fired from the company over 5 years ago due to stealing and making unwanted advances toward women. As a matter of fact, women did not like coming to the office (myself included) when you were there because you are creepy. You are obsessed with my brother and should seek counseling. It is pathetic that a person of your age (I refuse to call you a man because you act like a child) has nothing better to do with his life than stalk my family.”
“I pre paid for a van for a road trip with the fam bam. I arrived and there were two staff there, and they were both really friendly and chatty. Checkout was seamless, the van was new, and extremely clean. I didn't experience any of the problems that previous reviewers had. My return went as expected as well.”
“Had a great experience at this Avis location a few weeks ago! We were running late for our reservation, but Lamont was cool about it, patient with us, and still made sure we were taken care of. He helped us with the reservation and finding the right vehicle and made the whole process easy. Really good personality and just a nice person to deal with. The young lady working there was also very friendly and helpful. Definitely appreciate Lamont and the team for the great customer service. I'll definitely be coming back here when I'm in town.”
