However, my biggest challenge and frustration is not having enough 5-6x.sizes. I was told thecompany does not make a lot of the larger sizes and when they do they go fast ( the big guys buy them all at one time) ughhh how frustrating …NEWS FLASH that should tell you the large sizes are in high demand, maybe consider making more of the larger sizes . The big Guys need love too and love supporting just as well as the smaller guys (seems there are always the smaller sizes in stock ). Just a friendly suggestion, give it a test run and offer more of the larger sizers for a few months.Also, maybe offer selling the set as separates. “Laurel Ice Gardens rink pro shop is my preferred place to get maintenance. Knowledgable staff. Best skate sharpeners around. Good hours. Almost always open if you need to grab something (get sharpenings done before the late evening). If you're going to make a considerable drive to get or do something specific, call them. Many negative reviews are people venting about driving long distances to them only to not be able to help them out. This is just common sense before driving a long distance to any shop.
Pros: Good skate and helmet selections across the board, endless accessories, cheap jerseys, socks, youth sticks, etc.
Cons: Less of a selection in senior sticks and protective gear. Could easily make the switch to stock more of this stuff in place of lifestyle clothing.”

“What a massive sports store with a large parking lot out front. Walk inside and you’ll see mainly clothes and shoes, but they also sell soccer balls, bikes, roller blades, and more.”

I visited Foot Locker at the Mall at Prince George’s today, and I want to recognize an associate named Pabel (P A B E L), also known as “P.” His customer service was outstanding from start to finish.
As soon as I walked into the store, he greeted me from across the room and approached me with a professional and welcoming attitude. He was very attentive, knowledgeable about the products, and took the time to show me what was new and what was coming soon. I mentioned that it had been a while since I’d been shoe shopping, and he made sure I was completely up to speed on the latest releases and options.
To be honest, I had stepped away from Foot Locker for a while because the customer service didn’t feel as strong in recent years. Some associates in the past didn’t seem very interested in helping. But today changed everything. Pabell reminded me what great service looks like. He was engaged, alert, and genuinely cared about helping me find what I needed. His professionalism and energy made the experience enjoyable and memorable.
There are a lot of competitors in this mall, but employees like P are the reason customers choose to stay loyal. Management and corporate need to know that they have a true standout on their team. This is the kind of employee who deserves recognition, a promotion, and the opportunity to train others. Because of him, I will continue to shop specifically at Foot Locker Store 25027 and look forward to being helped by him again.

“I have been to a couple fundraiser hockey games here over the last few months. Plenty of seating in the stands and room to stand around the rink on the glass. Although itnalways has a long line and slow service, they do have a concession stand. I have never skated here but it seems to be a great place to hold charity hockey games and support a large crowd.”
