“We made an impromptu trip to visit family in Maryland and there weren't a lot of hotels that could easily accommodate our large family. This turned out to be a fantastic option. We had plenty of space and the hotel was clean and well maintained. Everyone we interacted with was super friendly. I don't know when we will have the chance to visit again but this hotel will be at the top of the list next time.”

“I would've gave 5 stars if not for the experience with the front desk they weren't warm nor welcoming at all I had already checked in on the app so I just needed a room key the man up at the front desk claimed he couldn't find my reservation and then in a condescending tone asked was i sure booked at this hotel I dont know how many people walk into a hotel knowing they didn't book at that particular hotel but im not one them found my reservation through my confirmation number I didn't get my cookie the incidental hasnt returned to card yet hopefully in the next few days i guess I requested a late check but didn't get it so when I went back down after dropping my things in the room (no more than 5 mins) to ask about the late checkout and he 1. Acted like he couldn't remember i was just at the desk 2. Act like he was bothered or frustrated with providing information or being asked questions his attitude wasn't the best for a person working in a hotel but I digress minus him and other front desk employees talking down to people like they were dumb (hopefully they work on that) i enjoyed my stay the room was nice and clean”

“Excellent location. The rooms look like modern apartments. The free breakfast is delicious and lots of variety. The free laundry service is also a huge plus if you have a long stay. The room cleaning is excellent. Roberto did my room and he was so nice and extremely detailed in making sure I had everything I needed. He is also so kind and always greets everyone when you see him in the hallways. I think he is the manager. I highly recommend this location. Worth every penny!”

“Voor prijs en verblijf kwaliteit prima om naar DC toe te gaan. Het is wel erg afgelegen voor verschillende activiteiten. De medewerkers waren zelf erg vriendelijk en altijd wel in voor een praatje. Het ontbijt was erg top. Helaas waren er niet veel glutenvrije opties. Maar wel super goed ontbijt voor als je geen allergieën hebt. Vooral de pancake automaat was erg leuk om te zien. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is echt top. Verder kan je gratis erachter parkeren. Wel moet er een kaart van hun zichtbaar zijn. Die krijg je nog van ze bij aankomst. Konden de auto veilig daar kwijt. De kamer zelf was prima. Badkamer was wel beetje gedateerd. En hier en daar in de woonkamer ook wel zichtbaar. Verder was alles erg naar wens. Super goed voor door reis of een kleine stop.

“Nice room. The door to the bedroom was not aligned and was always stuck. The hotel could not help with TV set up which was annoying, you had to call a third party IT who then had to transfer you back to the hotel.”

“The Holiday Inn College Park is updated with nice rooms and conveniently located on Route 1 which sits at the merge of Interstate 95 and the DC Beltway. Next to IKEA and a shopping center and only minutes from the University of Maryland College Park.”

“The hotel room was spacious, providing two great sized beds as well as a good sized bathroom, TV and fridge. However I was disappointed by the lack of a safe in the room.Service from all staff was helpful and friendly. Staff at breakfast were constantly restocking items. The breakfast selection was good however lacking in hot food options and service stops at 9am on weekdays. The location is the main drawback of this hotel if you are planning on exploring central DC. The closest metro stop is a 30 minute walk away however services are regular and Ubers are well priced depending on the time but it is something worth bearing in mind.”

“Rooms are clean, plenty of dining options nearby. U-Haul and enterprise rentals are very close by as well as another rental car company that I did not catch the name of. I believe it’s a local agency and not a national agency like hertz or Alamo. My room has usb and usb c plugs in it for charging my phone and tablet. Overall a good place to stay.”

“The only bad thing I can say about this place is it takes the shower about 10 minutes to heat up enough to get in but tonight it didn't heat up much past lukewarm other than that top notch beds and pillows and clean and new”

“Our room was very clean and fully equipped for our stay. The breakfast bar was very fun making our own waffles and engaging with others. The breakfast options were plentiful and well missed the next day after check out. Parking was easy and accessible. This was a comfortable stay.”

“Clean room, without any bad smell, good price for the service, the only detail you have to pay for parking separately and it is inside the hotel, so I didn't understand why they charge extra and the distance to the National Mall is a bit far away, about 20 minutes but everything else is fine”

“It was what it was. Due to repairs we had to stay at a hotel. Needless to say my wife left behind a piece of her work very important. When we called no help. I'm sure it's gone . The hotel itself not so happy, toilet issues. But I am very happy about the ladies that came and attended to us,always friendly and forthcoming.
