“Upon my first arrival day, I was unable to access my unit because the codes were not working. Shout out to Antonio who resolved the issue in a calm professional manner. He was even patient to help when I wasn't able to lock my unit. I also observed his excellent customer service skills while helping 2 other customers. He stands by company policy and knows his job very well! I highly recommend this location based on Antonio's excellent customer service and the facility itself is very clean and organized!”

I came in and noticed the storage unit I booked online wasn’t big enough to accommodate what it was needed it for. He quickly showed me other options and helped me to make the swap to another unit. He was very helpful and informative. So far so good with my experience here. This is my first time using a storage facility. I just moved in today. I’m glad I chose this place. I’ll update this later if my experience changes.”
