“Janice was so helpful and informative, she got me in and out I rented my unit in 10 mins , she has excellent customer service! She is like my new granddaughter I appreciated her so much!!”
“We absolutely loved SpaceMaker! They were so responsive and helpful throughout our time with them. They were competitively priced, but more importantly, they were able to maneuver the storage container so easily into our narrow and difficult driveway. No one else could have done that. Working with them was by far the easiest part of our home renovation. We highly recommend SpaceMaker.”
“Dee at cube smart storage was amazing!!! Professional, efficient and was able to get me in and out smoothly and quickly. I’m impressed with the security of the facility and cleanliness.. Thank you Dee for amazing customer service!!”
“Elijah was a great help. He allowed me to see the units ahead of time to decide the one I wanted. He explained everything directly and answered all questions I had honestly. I would recommend this spot. It’s very clean here too.”
“RAYMOND and the guys did an excellent job of packing me and moving me. Nothing was damaged they took care of my belongings as if it were their mother's belongings. Thank you!!!!”
“I cannot say enough about the pleasant and helpful experience I had with Penske Capitol Heights. I had a personal move from Raleigh to Lanham and while moving itself is stressful and rarely goes according to plan, the staff at Penske eased some of that for me. From answering the phones with care and professionalism to offering suggestions to help make the move seamless to being flexible as our move plans changed I am very happy to have been a first time costumer. The truck was clean and reliable, the pricing was reasonable and the service was outstanding. At a time where I am very decisive in where I choose to spend my money I am happy to support a business that actually values costumer satisfaction and service first. They’ve easily earned themselves a lifetime customer! Special thanks to Cal and Al for being so patient and accommodating during the rental return process :)”
“Sheldon and his staff were amazing. I was in and out in a few minutes. I had an easy pick up and drop off ever. I will always come back because of this. Well I hate moving lol but if I have to, I’ll make sure I use this location.”
