“My wife and I had a great experience working with Dimitri and Nicholas. The car was as described online and confirmed over the phone before we arrived. The price was fair, and they worked with our credit union to get the loan funded and we were able to drive the car home the same day. We live out of state and had to do an inspection. There was one issue that needed resolved for it to pass inspection, and they worked with us to get it resolved. I would definitely do business with them again and would have no problem referring people to them. They were knowledgable about the purchasing process, the out of state registration process and everything. They responded very quickly to help resolve the issue. “I purchased a car from this auto place 3 years ago. Great place to purchase a starter car. I had terrible credit when I went there, but Tim and Denny worked with me in getting the car I wanted. This car had a lot of miles on it but it’s still drive me we’re I need to go.They helped me with getting my car insured.I remembered it like it was yesterday I had a week before my bday. My daughter paid my down payment and my oldest granddaughter paid for my insurance, the best bday present ever. My car is paid up as of 11/20/25.I can not leave Miss Stacey out, she collects the payment I was always on time but the last few months she really really looked out for me. Great job y’all . Y’all helped me out with affordable payments, maybe one day I can get another automobile with less money down. The only flaw I will say is the underwriters charged to much for my little car and my TPMS light was on and I had to change my lock but I had a 2009 Honda Civic Coupe and the paint started peeling but when I say I loveeee my car I do., now that my car is paid off a little coat of paint and I’m good.Thumbs up to y’all.Also they washed my car before pulling off and they washed my daughter car, and she didn’t buy her car there., Great customer service .Tell them I sent you if you decide to get a car. “Can’t believe the sell Bentleys, Benz, and Audi here! From start to end, very positive customer service. Tony has answered all our questions, no question was less important. The got floor mats, ceramic coating, engine steamed, did rigorous 6?’ongh road testing to rule out lemon. When I asked for coffee both their managers came out with coffee. The went extra mile and must have paid the tint man a fat tip so that I could have everything ready by the time I arrived.
Lastly, they said they were going to Mail Second set of keys and fancy license plate frame for me. They Offer exclusive warranty to protect my $100,000 car and I need every bit of it because the rims itself are $5000 rims.
The important thing is that they follow through on their word even after the dotted line was signed and money exchanged table.
Hope they can do mobile detailing because I want my car to continue looking fresh for years to come.

“I had 2 great experiences here. Initially I was uneasy because the workers are so straightforward and about business. But it’s just their personality. Once you show you are serious they are quick to show vehicles within your budget and seem willing to work with you even if you don’t have all of the money up front. Luckily both cars I purchased were cash purchases so I didn’t have that issue but good to know they are at least willing to do that. Alex was terrific!! Highly recommend”

“I recently purchased a 69' Camaro from Universal Muscle and by far this was the best experience buying a car! Everyone there is great to work with. We had an issue with the brakes shortly after purchasing, called and they said stop right where you are and we'll come get the car. The problem wasn't that bad so we were able to bring it in. They put it up on the lift, found a brake line that had come loose. They fixed it and we were back on the road. I highly recommend Universal Muscle Cars! Even if they don't have the car you're looking for, I'm betting they'll find and make it happen.”
