The guy "who was in charge" acted like a jerk and I was not served.I did a search for branches near where my car was being fixed on Harford Road and all my needs were addressed in a professional manner and even gave me a lift to pick up my car.I had to seek them out but mission accomplished, thanks for your stellar service.”

“First things first, The reason why I am giving "Bmore Car Rental" 5?is the customer service is very important to me and the owner and his wife are very respectful and understanding and they will work with you. And before anyone who reads this review gets to thinking am I related to them the answer is NO. I rented from them. The customers has to understand when they come to rent a vehicle and they are looking for a 2012,2013,2014,2015,2016,etc. go to enterprise because they are not doing any credit checks or any background checks, they are literally helping the customers out that can not go to Budget, Avis, Enterprise, Rent a wreck etc.. because if half of the people went there they would not be able to rent. So be appreciated that Bmore Car Rental is helping the customers out. I will be returning to rent a vehicle whenever I need to.And btw Hi Nicole ?✌?I had a marvelous experience with them.
