“My father-in-law loves this store. The aisles are wide and the store is easy to navigate. Store employees are always helpful. Wide aisles are ideal for someone walking with assistance. The self-checkout is something we avoid since there are too many steps. A favorite is the fresh produce, especially sliced watermelon. Another favorite is the dark meat fried chicken. My family member loves this and is disappointed when there is no dark meat selection. Keep it available for a fifth star! The Berks bologna deal of buy 2 get 1 free was a good deal. You offered several choices, perfect for gifting.. and personal consumption. Watch your gas prices. They're no where near Sam's Club, but you need to improve the prices to align them with other stations that offer cents off per gallon.”

“After calling the Dolfield Blvd store to ask for their gas prices, since they are not published on the website, I decided to contact another location. The employee who answered the phone at the Dolfield Blvd store was extremely rude and simply refused to provide the information I called about. She didn't show to have good manners and even refused to identify herself.
I did not want to assume this reflected overall High’s customer service, so I called the Westminster location and explained my previous experience. The employee there was very kind, respectful, and provided the information I needed without any issue.
She even apologized for the experience I had at the other store, which helped reassure me that this was not a corporate standard, and I appreciated that greatly. Based on my experience, I will not be visiting the Dolfield Blvd store ever again, but I will continue to visit the Westminster location.
No customer wants to feel dismissed or disrespected. Positive customer experiences are what build repeat business, and companies benefit from ensuring all employees are trained to handle basic inquiries professionally.”
“Amazing customer service. It was the easiest place to call and get heating oil. I called and spoke with Nancy; I told her this was my first time owning a home with a furnace and I needed help with the process. She listed several options and I chose the one that worked best for us.. she didn’t try to hassle me or give me a used car salesman pitch like other local heating companies. She was understanding and incredibly easy going. Everyone should be more like Nancy especially in today’s world when everything is expensive… kindness like that makes it easier to spend the money.”

The greatest thing about this gas station is the ability to use cash back apps on your phone whenever you buy gas here. With the recent rise of the price of gas, cash back programs have become kind of necessary. That is the main reason why I buy gas here. Besides that, its a pretty average gas station.”
“We do our regular grocery shopping at Giant Foods. This allows us to accumulate points that can be used toward Giant Gas purchases. The last time we bought gas we saved $0.60 per gallon. It's the way gas prices are now I don't think we could beat that.”

“These guys fixed my tires today. I cleaned my truck out, took it in, little did I know I left my wallet on the seat when I dropped it off. Literally the only item you could see on the entire bench seat. Very impressed to say nothing was taken, even though it would have been very easy to do. I immediately called and thanked them for that, and I wanted to leave a good review for them because they really deserve it.
