“I first went over to Kays and once I told the guy I was looking at engagement ring ideas for my BF to come back and buy, and our budget, he pretty much stopped helping us. He was rude, short, and even after knowing my ring size, showed me a ring I like but then said, nevermind, I cant size it to your size. Needless to say we felt very unimpressed and felt discarded. We walked to the other side of the area to Reeds and had a completely different experience. I worked with Anthony, who was a true pleasure to work with. Never did I feel judged for our budget or that the BF would come back to get it. Everyone was personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. So much so, I ended up calling the BF, and we went ahead and purchased the ring and band today. Anthony and the team made the entire experience what it should be when looking for intimate pieces like a wedding set. Our experience at Reeds was top notch.”

“I stopped by today to have my young daughter's bracelet fixed. The owner was as friendly and honest as they come. Most of the bracelet links are beat up, he could have easily upsold me on replacing the entire bracelet but retain the name plaque like I suggested. He said that was not necessary since it was well made. A few minutes and a few bucks later I was out the door. I'm new to the area so I'm still finding all my go to's, this is now one of them!”

Their atmosphere is whimsical and inviting, their pieces and displays are beyond stunning with unique and tastefully curated collections. Their prices are also reasonable for the size of some of the stones and materials used. Will always come back for more sparkly trinkets. The only complaint (not really a complaint) is that I wish they stayed open longer so I could visit after work!”

“This place is great. My dad and brother have been going here multiple times a week for years. I stop in myself on occasion to buy gifts and Peter is always polite, patient and easy to work with. His adorable puppy makes the shop feel welcoming and pleasant, and there's always something new to check out.
I've seen a few reviews calling Peter rude, but in the past decade doing business with him, that's never been our experience. If you're on the fence, I strongly encourage you to take a chance and stop by - I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.”
