“Don, his son and the team is the best! They know their stuff. I was looking to get my upgraded 21” wheels mounted with the new tires for a place and every other place had their own big agenda while Don simply welcomed me to get the job done. They have the right tools and the expertise. He’d take you in if there is room to help you out while other places push you away giving days or weeks away from the day you need help. “On Sunday, 11/3, I bought a 2024 Lexus from a dealer in VA. It was used as a loaner by the VA dealer and I needed to get MD Inspection to get it registered in MD. Dynamic Auto did the inspection for me and passed the car. Your technician, Darwin, noted on the inspection form that he saw fluid all over the rear differential casing and recommended that I take it to the dealer to be looked at.
I called the VA dealer and he was adamant that there was nothing wrong with the car and why was the technician even looking at something outside of the inspection points. I took the car to a MD Lexus dealer who opened the differential and saw metal shavings and burnt oil. I cancelled the sale and bought another car.
I want to commend Darwin and thank him for his diligence in reporting something that he really did not have to. He saved me from buying a potential problem car.”

“Installed used Michelin tires on custom rims for my H3 Hummer. Excellent service. Inspected tires and rims then installed them. All run smooth and true. Year later had a slow leak. Found a few pin hole leaks in side wall. Advised me they can't fix it, I decided not to worry as it's super slow. They are good!!!!
12/15/25 just finished some repair work on my Chevy bolt wheels and mounted new tires. Excellent work! I gave up a long time ago using retail shops such as Walmart. These guys are the best for wheels and tires I always use them now. They are worth any extra price because they always do it the right way and treat me with respect. My thanks goes out to Joe. “We were traveling from PA to Lynchburg in the evening when we heard the thup, thup, thup, thup of a damaged tire. We pulled into a gas station and discovered a screw in our tire. Google sent us to the nearest tire store who diagnosed the damage as non-repairable. Their tech was injured and couldn't replace the tire.
They called ahead to Mr. Tire and asked if we could be fit in for a new tire. Mr. Tire squeezed us in at the end of their day. The gal at the desk, chr****, was crazy helpful, she even directed us to a great restaurant for a meal while they changed the tire.
We were back on the road quickly. Thanks, Mr. Tire.”

“Great, honest and fast service. I went in to get my brakes checked out and they quickly told me they were still good and were about to send me on my way. Since I was already there and appreciated their honesty and efficiency,bo elected to get an oil change, since I needed one. The cost of the oil change included a tire rotation. I was out of there less than an hour. I really commend this location and their staff for their honesty, integrity and friendliness. I appreciate they saved me time and money and they have gained my trust. I will be back for other auto repairs and maintenance.”

“Everyone there was really helpful, and seemed to really want me back on the road. It turned out that they didn't have the tire that I needed, and they showed me why it couldn't be repaired (leak was close to the tire wall). Then they helped me find other places that might have my tire, and actually put in some effort to send me to a competitor. Unfortunately, after about 6 phone calls we found that my tire was rarer then anyone thought, and we ended up having to get a hotel for the night. They had it fixed first thing in the morning once the ordered tire showed up and got us on the road. I know that it shouldn't be a huge surprise when I company really cares about you as a person (with a family in tow this time), but it was really refreshing.
I would definitely go back to this place, and probably start there if I ever needed something like this again.”

“I’ve had two visits to the Costco Tire Center in 2025—once in February for a full set of new tires on my Mazda SUV, and again more recently for a tire rotation. Overall, I’d say the experience is positive, with a few quirks worth noting for first-time visitors.
Booking & Pricing:
Scheduling an appointment online was quick and straightforward. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the solid mileage warranty that comes with Costco tires. That, combined with the value of the included rotation and balancing services, makes it a smart long-term investment.
Service & Staff:
The front desk team is friendly and professional, but definitely not in a rush. While they’re diligent in their paperwork, expect a slower pace and minimal engagement until their current task is complete. If you’re on a tight schedule, this may not be the place for a quick in-and-out visit.
Scheduling Tip:
Here’s the important part: although appointments are booked for specific times, service is still conducted on a first come, first served basis. When I arrived at 10:00 a.m. for my scheduled time, I found myself behind six others with the same appointment slot—resulting in several hours of wait time. On my return visit, I arrived at 9:30 for my 10:00 a.m. appointment and was second in line, which made a big difference in turnaround time. Knowing this in advance will help you better plan your visit.
Costco Tire Center offers great value, friendly staff, and quality tires—but be prepared to exercise some patience. If you plan ahead and arrive early, you’ll likely have a much smoother experience.”

“Green Valley Garage did an amazing job installing my husband’s brakes on his truck. My father was visiting from out of town and took my husband’s truck up there, and had noticed that my brakes in my Honda CRV were really worn.
