“I visited this Verizon location because a representative via phone had me delete my eSIM. I went 24 hours without my phone. I visited another location who denied me service because they needed my ID and couldn’t use my online pin which landed me to this location. I’m happy to say that Rajesh jumped to help me solve my issues and did it in less than 10 minutes. Please visit the store if you want good service and efficient time. Also, don’t let no rep tell you that they cannot use your pin, it’s possible!”

“And a half stars. I called on Saturday after 12 and was done after having speakers replaced an an external XM tuner installed. My GM radio has a defect and has to be replaced. English is they're 2nd language but make the effort they're more than worth. Under $400 tax included. They only lose a star because the bathroom is out of service and no posted wifi info and no I didn't ask. I love these guys and will be back to have my radio replaced with an OEM used one. Parking is difficult but as I pulled up about to park they waved me in.”

“I was lured away from T-Mobile (my cellphone provider for six years) by a “can’t-miss” deal from AT&T. But what followed was a complete nightmare. I end up returning their phone and going back to T-Mobile. My good fortunate began with Jeff, an Account Expert (based near Richmond, VA, I believe). From the very first call, Jeff helped me decide on the right phone — no sales pressure, no upselling, just honest, informed guidance.
When I went to the store to pick up my phone, I met Rocky — one of the nicest guys I've ever met, and bilingual. I had lots of questions and he answered them all with patience and respect. Not once did he make me feel like a burden for being curious.
This review took me a little time to write because I wanted to get through the full experience: transferring my data, sending the old phone back, and making sure everything was working as it should. The only hiccup was how complicated it was to transfer some of my accounts, but that was from having to deal directly with the businesses themselves. Thankfully, I got 30 days to return the old phone under the promotion, and not two weeks as some reps had mistakenly suggest, which made me a bit anxious about getting the transfers done in time. But other than that, the process was virtually seamless. I am glad I stuck with T-Mobile.”

Two moon bounce, hot dog, pop corn machine and cotton candy machine for great price! They hired early to set up. They were very professional. They communicated well with us prior to purchasing explaining all the permits and safety requirements. They were very informative with sharing info on the city policy in regards to street vendors. I high recommend them for festivals, partys or just for fun!! You won't be disappointed that's for sure!”

She took her time to go above and beyond with helping me start service, pick a phone, and transfer my former phone info to my current phone! She also did something I personally appreciated- when it was time for me to enter my social security information and Apple password she turned the computer/device to me and then she turned away until I was done entering my personal information!!! This was a major reason my visit was so much more enjoyable. Jasmine made me feel comfortable and that T-mobile is a trustworthy company with trustworthy and knowledgeable associates. An associate in Verizon failed to show that same privacy just minutes before my visit to T-Mobile, and until Jasmine displayed that awesome token of respect I hadn't even noticed! Great job Jas!
